We will begin the introductory process using whatsapp (please have a smartphone to benefit from our service).
1. We will send you our company information and our pricing structure for your acknowledgement.
2. Once happy, we will send you our NDA to sign (if you have not done so beforehand) before we provide the full property address. The NDA will cover you for all our properties.
3. We will send you our (short version) property list which shows what properties we have available, in which areas & how many rooms & toilet it obtains.

4. You would let us know if the rental price is agreeable or you would provide an alternative price,
Until we can conclude on a agreed amount
5. Once price has been established, we can book you in for a property inspection & submit your formal offer to the vendor. (we will send you our offer template)

6. We will negotiate on your behalf and advise you (if needed) how to strengthen your offer to ensure you have the best chance of being accepted.
7. Once offer is accepted, we will begin the process to move you in. (This process may be different per property or depending on the type of company you operate).
This will typical involve;
8. Once agreement has been signed by both party, arrangement for the collections of keys will take place, and we would then invoice you for our sourcing fee at this point. Our fee should be paid immediately or it will delay you collecting the keys.
9. Once our invoice is paid, you are free to collect the keys and the process with us is now complete!
To manage expectations, the timeline from having an offer accepted to actually moving in is dependant on numerous factors but typically it can be between:
