Supported living providers typically are registered with CQC or OFSTED, so they have very strict perimeters to adhere to. CQC registered providers tend to do more residential care for vulnerable adults, and OFSTED registered providers tend to do more Children care home.
All properties provided must be a house only and require a living room and a spare WC for guests or internal workers. Most houses will need to have either ADDITIONAL LICENCING, HMO OR C2B licencing. if not, some providers are willing to take on the works themselves with your permission along with a sizeable rent free period. Alongside this, if your property is in an ARTICLE 4 location then these licensing must already be in place otherwise it cannot be used or converted for this purpose.
All offers are subject to viewing - as they need to see the property in person to work out sizing and space to confirm if it will be fit for purpose. Most providers will adhere to 1 month rent in advance as-well as 1 month deposit.
